Silva Stowell provided architecture and design services for the construction of a 42,000 sf Light Rail vehicle maintenance and repair facility to service the Sacramento Regional Transit District’s LRV fleet. Services provided by SSA included site and utility development, design for the equipment-intensive repair bays, and the overhaul repair space for RT’s wayside maintenance truck fleet.
